Did a great job on the body repair. Took a couple days longer than expected. Also, in my Chrysler town and country the pushbutton ignition was disabled and I had to deal with it afterwards myself. (Still had key ignition option available.)

The people I dealt with were very nice but there were a couple of problems with the service. my undercar shield/pan wasn't reattached properly and it started dragging as I was driving home on the highway, causing me to pull over to check it out (not a totally safe situation) and for the pan to be wrecked from dragging. Also, I had a warning light on after the service that wasn't on prior to getting hit. I was told I needed a whole new front light assembly (at a cost of around 1,000) because one bulb was out. Geico advised me to take it to a dealer and they replaced just the bulb at a cost of 200. Maybe it's becuase Audis are kind of specialized, but those are my 2 concerns. I appreciate the paint job and the replacing/repairing the dent and front light.

One small comment: I was kind of upset when I got home and had to drive 35 mph with my hazard lights flasing because the pan fell down. I didn't know what was wrong until I got into my own driveway and was comfortable crawling underneath the car. When I called, they did say No Problem, bring it back in and we'll fix it but there was no "I'm sorry that happened." I know it's not a perfect world and mistakes happen, I have made many myself, but an apology in situations like this is appreciated.
