The front office is clean with comfortable seating. The staff are incredibly helpful. I brought my Jeep in for collision repair which included plastic step, painting a scraped fender and welding/painting of sheet metal. All work came out beautifully. There’s also a rental car rep on-site which makes things much easier.

I was told my car was ready, I came to pick it up, but it wasn't there. A mechanic brought my car to my house, I asked him not to lock my car, leave keys under a mat, but he locked a car, I don't know where are keys.

We can't say enough about the pleasant, informative and cordial staff at Paul's Auto Body. Fortunately, we had not had the need to use an auto body shop in over 40 years. But when our new car was involved in an auto accident recently, understandably, it was pretty upsetting. But Fabio and his staff put our minds at ease, keeping us informed throughout the repair process. Our new car has been restored to its out-of-the-showroom look and we could not be happier.
