The personal was very kind and congenial. I was a little disappointed but all in all I would go back and recommend them. I do think they should have someone recheck the work before you call the owners to pick up the vehicles. That extra touch could make a difference to whether people come back or not.

The first day I picked up the car, the side mirror on the drivers door did not work. I moved it around and it finally started working. I believe that should have been checked before I was called. There were also two rubber strips that were by the windshield wipers that should have been put back on the sides of the hood of the car. That also should have been checked before I was called. Grant you when I took the vehicle back and informed them of the problem, the immediately took care of it, but again, that should have been caught before I was called to pick up the car.
