Britney said they were going to repair all the scratches on my Expedition, but that didn't happen. Almost 5k and my truck still looks the same. It's obvious they didn't do anything to it. 😒

I was in this center on other business and have had a nasty door ding in my truck for about a year, so I decided to stop by and get a quote. Unfortunately, I walked into the breakroom across the way and was politely greeted and walked over to the correct entrance (Employee stopped eating his lunch to show me where to go). When I walked into the correct entrance, I was immediately greeted with a very warm welcome. The asked how they could help and I walked with an employee to my truck to show him the damage. He quickly gave me a quote and shared that he would get me a card with all the appropriate contact information to schedule an appointment at my convenience. This alone was a solid experience! As I got in my truck and was getting ready to leave (happily I might add), he said "it's only 1 small area, would you have any interest giving me 20 minutes and getting it repaired immediately?" My wife happened to be right down the road as we were meeting for lunch, so we agreed that I would grab some food, then head back. I received a text within 20 minutes letting me know the vehicle was done and ready to go. I'm telling you, there is NO sign of the door ding! These guys in my opinion went above and beyond to make a customer happy. In a day and age where it is very difficult to get any level of service that is at par, these guys would be top of the list from a service, quality and overall experience stand point. Thank you to the entire team for a great customer experience from beginning to end. Keep that energy!

Love how it was returned. The tint is my favorite service that was done. Makes a massive difference for my eyes especially the rear tint which helps with the suns glare from chrome and metal. Can’t thank y'all enough
