Texas Collision Repair Center did an excellent job repairing my wife’s Mercedes. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Rebecca, the office manager, was incredibly helpful and professional, and Weston, my advisor, kept me informed and made sure everything was handled properly. The whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with luxury vehicles. The Mercedes looks great, and I highly recommend them!

The quality of repair is very good, but the communication with the repair estimator needs some work. The estimator is not clear on who pays for the repair cost in the email and text. Although he admitted that was a miscommunication, he still mentioned that I need to pay for the remaining cost if I got the check from the insurance company.
