Very professional but unfortunately Geico did not want pay for everything. Texas Collision promised to come to my house to install the clear guard but failed to do so. I will need to remind them again.

Very satisfied with the overall experience I had with Texas Collision! My car looks brand new, can’t even tell it’s been in an accident. I never had to call to check on my car, because Ryan was keeping me updated the whole time. Everyone I talk to up there was super nice, and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Couldn’t have made the process easier. Ryan immediately took charge of inspecting my car so I could get the estimate to the insurance company as soon as possible. I had a 2 week trip coming up and was concerned I wouldn’t get my car repaired in time. I was impressed with the seamless nature of their process and the people there. I had never used anyone but the Mercedes dealership body shop, so I consulted with my son and read the abundance of positive reviews. I decided to let them handle my car. It was an easy drop off. They were even monitoring my Enterprise rental car to the point that when Rebecca felt I had waited long enough, she arranged for an Uber to take me to the Enterprise location. Knowing my concern about how long it was going to take, they got on it immediately. My car was ready in 3 full days, looking brand new and given a good car wash. Dropped the rental car there and drove off with my car. So very pleased and definitely recommend Texas Collision Center.
