Everything from the initial appraisal to the “pick up” was handled professionally. Ed and his employees were so nice and always willing to help out as much as possible with everything from questions to updates etc.

I'm still waiting to be able to get into the dealership, ( appt. : 1/5/22 ). To find out what's wrong with the drivers side seat memory, and what's draining the battery. Mike and Ed are aware of the problems.

While the items repaired look great, I noticed that a portion of the vehicle was not repaired. The area under the sliding door on the passenger side still has damage.

Pennington was great. Very responsive and got me a quote right away. They made dealing with my insurance pain free. I got frequent updates and their eta was spot on. Car looks good as new. I spoke with the owner on multiple occasions and he was extremely professional and very easy to talk to, very friendly. Overall, I can't recommend Pennington highly enough. Fantastic shop.

First of all, I was kept informed of the repair progress several times and that’s always appreciated when you are anxiously waiting fir your car. Second, the repair work itself was excellent. And third, not only was the outside beautiful again, the inside smelled like a new car, too, and the interior was immaculate. What’s not to like here? Thank you all so much, but I hope I never have to see you again!😄😄😄
