Very friendly staff. Ed, Mike, and Jenny all terrific people. Workmanship fantastic - and I’m a car guy-so rather fussy. Insurance mandated used parts, but you’d never know. Work done on time, as promised. My 2009 Chrysler Van looks like new. Thank you Pennington.

Crunched the front fender and fascia, on my 2008 town and country van. Insurance mandated used parts where possible, but you would never know it. I’m a car guy so some what fussy about work on my car. Pennington made it look like new, maybe a touch better. Ed, Mike, and Jenny are great people. Work done on time as promised. 2 full months was unreasonable - even considering difficulty getting parts. I believe much of the underlying work could’ve been done while waiting for parts. No work was done till parts arrived. Upon delivery, the inside of my vehicle was FILTHY (very heavy dust everywhere). Not sure if that’s normal. That said, the vehicle looks great and rides great! The bump work was fantastic.
