Workmanship is excellent. Turnaround time was very good. Mike did a great job overseeing the repair.

Quality of work was excellent. Car was returned very clean and within 7 business days. Mike was on top of things and telephone communications with him were very good. Email alerts were poor. Dec 2nd & 5th emails indicated my car would be ready on Dec 5th; any delay would be communicated. I checked on Dec 6th and my car would not be ready for several days. Picked up my car on Dec 7. Dec 19th email said my car was ready for pickup even though I picked it up 12 days prior. The email alert system is a good idea to keep the customer informed but only if the information is correct and up to date.
