Amber is top notch! She coordinated with my insurance and everything was already in process when I dropped off my car. My repair estimates were provided and updated as the work was executed. I received regular updates informing me that repairs were on schedule. It was estimated to take 6-8 weeks, but I got it back in 5. Thank you making this an easy process for me.

Penske as such was awesome. Great communication from all the staff and prompt reply. Kept me informed through email regarding extra cost or extra time. In the end the car was ready for me to pick up two days earlier. They interfaced very well with my car rental and closure with my insurance carrier. In particular I want to thank David Pham for his friendly handling of everything from start to finish, with great enthusiasm and communication throughout. He also gave me a tour of the facility. This inspired me and I knew my car was in safe hands. Job done very well.

The communication from the Penske team was amazing. I went on vacation shortly after my accident and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. During final steps, they accidently damaged my driver window switch, but Amber and the team notified me ASAP and fixed it within the same day. Highly recommend going to Penske!
