My car was at Penske for over TWO weeks for repair to driver side door damage. When I picked it up today, they hadn’t polished the bottom of the door! Now I have to come back for the work to be completed.

Penske Automotive Collision Center on Balboa performed an exceptional job repairing my vehicle after a hit-and-run accident. My advisor, Gary Taing, kept me consistently updated throughout the entire repair process; and regularly communicated with my insurance agent. . As a AAA-Member Preferred Repair Facility, the approval process was seamless and quick. AAA also reminded me that all repairs come with a lifetime warranty on workmanship, which provides great peace of mind. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first accident, but fortunately, I've used Penske Automotive Collision Center in Balboa before and always request Gary as my advisor. Once again, he delivered excellent service. My vehicle was completed on time—actually a day early! I've been highly satisfied with both Gary's customer service and the quality workmanship provided by the entire staff at Penske Automotive Collision Center. I highly recommend them to friends, family, and colleagues. As an added convenience, there's an Enterprise car rental location right across the street that quickly provided me with a rental vehicle while mine was being repaired.
