Repair was quite good. While I do not look forward to returning anytime soon, I would definitely call Perfection again in a similar situation.

Everything perfect, except they apparently did not file paperwork authorizing payment directly to Perfection (Penta) even though I had signed that authorization with them. Also, there was an oversight requiring me to return after repair was completed. But they handled both issues and resolved very well.
