I had to call multiple times for updates, despite being told I’d be notified with updates. I was giving misinformation and then, called to verify the information and was then told, that the information was incorrect. Repairs are fixed but there’s a noise that my other three doors do not have nor was the noise there before. I also asked for a simple fix and it was not completed in the 3 weeks of them having my vehicle. I wouldn’t return here again.

The repair and paint job of my driver side door was excellent! My Perfection Auto Refinishing contact Mark was also excellent. Professional, concerned and attentive. However, the paint job did not blend in with the overall color of the rest of the car as well as I thought it should. I reported it to Geico claims who referred me back to Mark for supplemental addendum to original estimate. I was told it would be sent to Geico. 3/14/24 I am awaiting a response.
