Perfection went above and beyond during a difficult time for our family after a truck ran us off the road on the way to my grandmother’s funeral. I was involved in a lengthy state claim for damage on the other side of the vehicle, but, knowing we could use a boost, Perfection cleared repairing the entire vehicle with my insurance and delivered a beautiful, fully repaired vehicle. It now looks better than new and Mark maintained such friendly, consistent updates throughout the process, which was really fast considering they had to replace nearly every panel. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Fast, friendly service of the highest quality is truly Perfection in my book!

My car looks great however my key no longer automatically opens my doors, it only opens the trunk

The repair work was good. However, my key no longer opens my doors. It will unlock the trunk and that’s where the damage was but the key does no longer work for my doors.

Mark gave excellent customer service. The car looks like new. They cleaned it so it looked fresh and new and even gave it a new car smell. The front actually looks nicer and better than I remember before it got crushed in the accident.

Horrible, messed my wheel sensor up, different rim, part missing off my hood. Still scratches on hood. Fender not put on properly. White dust where it shouldn't be. Pissed.
