The front office staff was cordial, informative and pleasant through the entire process including organizing a rental car. The service manager walked me through the entire process before, contacted me during the process, engaged with my insurance to get the right repairs completed, and worked through challenges with parts and timing. The work completed made my vehicle like new again !

The stereo on my passenger side of the car is no longer flush with the door, there is underlying wiring exposed. The passenger seat was leaned all the way back, I suppose someone may have kicked it or tampered with it? The exterior fix to my front right panel looks great, not sure why the inside of my car was tampered with.

Was called 2xs that the car was ready. Get there hour later, still had to wait additional 20 minutes, since they were detailing the car???? So you vacuumed the drivers side. Paper mat in passenger side, underneath floor still dirty. Drove home, had to turn back around because air was not charged. On Sunday, tire pressure light comes on, I notice all Valve stem covers have been removed?? Why??? Take it back Tuesday, (Monday was holiday) they swear it’s the rear sensor & it’s not their fault, they never touched the rear??? So no problems before, but now I have a problem. You didn’t touch the rear tires, yet my Infiniti covers are missing from front & rear???? I brought my car to have it repaired, not to be looted or have additional repairs. While in waiting room another customer was there with similar problems. I will not recommend this shop to anyone & will be filing a complaint with the bbb.

My valve stem covers are missing & now I have an additional problem. Mechanic swore he didn’t touch the rear of my car so why did you remove stem covers & not replace them if you didn’t touch the rear??? So you just stole them for no reason??? & now the rear tire pressure gauge is on & refuses to go out??? Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out something shady is going on here
