There was an issue with my car immediately after I picked it up, unrelated to the job done, however still an issue that was not there before. I called. They answered and listened, but never called back to check on things.

the only thing that needs to be changed is the credit card or debit card reader charging and extra 4%. This cost me $100 more because I used a debit card. most people don't carry a check book and use a debit card or credit card.
