MaryAnn (might have her name incorrect) was NOT an advocate for me. She whispered about me to Melanie because I asked the staff not to touch my touch screen. She blew off and disregarded my mechanical issues associated with my claim as if I did not know what I was talking about. She tried to speculate and state false claims about the mechanical issues my vehicle acquired from the accident as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s my vehicle and only I can speak to what was or wasn’t present with it. Not her! It’s not her place to present a false narrative about a customer’s situation. Collision repair is what I came to Performance Collision for. Mechanical matters for my vehicle are handle by the dealership of my choice. Very Dissatisfied!

Overall work was good, there were a few issues that came up the day after picking up the vehicle but when I called about them, they were quick to let me know that if I dropped the car back off they’d fix the issues.
