The initial rep was a 0 however Andrew was a 10+ and an outstandingly rep

We were presented with vehicle missing a lug nut and a fastener to secure the trim piece. Complicating the matter the initial rep said it did not need a fastener for the trim piece and all repairs were completed as specified. He attempted to explain it away even when confronted again

My only complaint is that the nozzles for the window washer fluid were not adjusted properly when installed. The fluid went over the top of my car and not on the windshield.
