The repair was great and we appreciate how fast you worked to get it done. Amazing! I had some scratches on the top of my trunk that were not there before leaving the car with you, (Maybe from something laid on top of trunk) probably workers should be more careful and lay something to cover car first.

The rear side piece wasn't installed correctly and has clear raised bumps where the screws are underneath. Should NOT be visible or something I can feel. The other side is perfectly flat as it should be.

I'm very pleased with the service all around. I was kept in the loop with text throughout the repairs. They worked with the insurance and it was super smooth. I even got to drop off the loaner at the same place ingot my keys back. Though I hope I won't need their services in the future I'd go back if I did.

The replacement parts came in and they were not up to their standards. Rather than use inferior parts, Destiny contacted me and reordered new parts. I appreciate their integrity and communication.

great service but I had to remind them mid repair that I wanted all of the rock chips repaired. It was a separate quiet and I authorized that work to be done. I signed all of the paperwork in advance so we could do a night drop off
