My one disappointment has been the onslaught of texts and emails asking me to complete this survey within a very short time of picking up the vehicle from repairs. I felt I needed grace in the timeline so I could drive the vehicle on different road surfaces, weather conditions, and speeds to accurately respond to the questions. Additionally, I was injured in the collision and was not able to drive for more than brief time periods, so I was delayed in responding but still got a barrage of reminders.
