I went to pick my 4Runner up only to have to return it due to the alignment not being done right. So once again I’m without my vehicle, & I have to find someone to bring me back to Zionsville to pick it up once it’s fixed properly.

My experience was mixed. While some aspects of the service were handled well, issues with communication, timeline changes, and the need to return the vehicle for incomplete work impacted my overall confidence. With more consistent communication and attention to detail, my experience would have been much better.

Had my 4Runner in for repair work and picked it up Friday evening, only to realize shortly after leaving that the alignment hadn’t been properly completed—the steering wheel was still noticeably off-center. I had to turn around and bring it right back. What was frustrating wasn’t just the incomplete work, but also the response when I returned. Instead of acknowledging the issue, there seemed to be some attitude, which didn’t sit well considering the service wasn’t finished correctly. This also meant I had to arrange another ride and make an extra trip to pick up my vehicle, which was a significant inconvenience. Hoping they take more care in double-checking work before sending vehicles out in the future.

Customer service was mixed. Initially, the representative was polite, though it felt somewhat forced rather than genuine. When I returned shortly after pickup due to the alignment issue, the interaction shifted and came across as inconvenienced, which was frustrating given the situation. When I came back the following day, the representative I worked with had a noticeably better attitude and was more professional. However, the overall experience still felt inconsistent. There’s definitely room for improvement in maintaining a consistently professional and customer-focused approach, especially when addressing issues with completed work.

I had an excellent experience with Performance Collision. They were courteous, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was completed and delivered earlier than promised. The seamless rental car process with Enterprise Rent-A-Car made pickup and return incredibly convenient, and the rental staff were also wonderful to work with. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this was truly an outstanding experience.
