This place was wonderful. Tobin handled our repair job and was absolutely wonderful every step of the process. Communication was amazing and they made sure we were involved in the entire process.

There were 2 parts broken on my vehicle when returned to me. The communication for when I could get those parts fixed was very poor. Everything should have been taken care of prior to handing the car back to me.

Tobin Flamm gave me thew best service I've had in any line of service in years. I used to teach Customer Service classes and he is exemplary!!!!!! Hewent out o f his way to steamline everything, exp;lained everfythingand even dfrove me to Enterprise and took the photos and downloaded them for me to Farmers! You are soooo lucky to have him and so was I I!!

Perry Collision Center was a dream to work with! They took what I expected to be a stressful situation and made the process easy and stress free. From the moment I dropped my car off I was taken care of with extremely personable customer service, communicated what the timeline of the project would be, and given personal contact information if I had any questions! They even helped me get set up with a rental car and sent me on my way. Throughout the process I was given text updates about the status of my car, along with personal calls from Tobin making sure I didn’t need anything. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had! I would highly recommend anyone to use Perry Collision Center for any work or repairs that need to be done! I am so thankful for the care and work they put forward!
