Quality control to assure all parts were installed at time of pick up was lacking: all fasteners and Subaru emblem. But otherwise all else was fine. This could be remedied by personal inspection and attention to smaller details to assure complete customer satisfaction. It becomes an issue of “trust” for future work at this business, right?
