I was a bit worried going into the repair because the car seems to have a complex color but Phillips did a fantastic job and your really can’t tell where the car had been hit.

Repair is 10, very satisfied. However, very Dissatisfied with the lack of communication and professionalism of your office not updating me on progress. The two weeks I was told it would take to repair was not true. Nothing was done and I was not advised until I called for an update. I didn’t get my car returned until week 5. Of course I had to cover the cost of my 4 week rental through my insurance and do without for the 5th week. I don’t think your office staff was professional during this time. No progress updates and didn’t know what the delay was about. Even during picking up my car and check out, the office attendant appeared to be hostile with most every question I asked about.
