This is the second time Phillips Auto Body has repaired my Mustang, and they always do an outstanding job. But, I would like to have the front plate holder replaced and a complimentary car wash because the car was not properly washed when I picked it up.

The car repair was a 10, as always; great job. But, the front plate holder was not replaced, and dirt was left on the roof of my car and the back window was dirty.

I would recommend, but would tell them not to expect proactive updates during the process.

I was surprised that I was not provided proactive updates during the process. There was no communication to advise a supplement(s) was needed. There was no communication to repromise my car for a later date. The only communication I received was to confirm I had received the initial insurance payment and that my car was ready.
