The body shop does good work but customer service is extremely awful

The head lights no longer match and are different colors, some stickers were left in places that can be clearly seen

When trying to schedule to have the car repaired the office people were rude, at least one woman was hateful with me and no one seemed to want to do their job. They blamed me and my insurance when the reality was they weren’t communicating with me to what needed to be done

Body shop customer service was great. They stayed in contact and were very helpful. I was disappointed in the paint. The rocker panels are darker than the rest of the car and even look like the color is off a bit.
