Thank you, Kayla (Westfield) for getting my claim approved and providing a quick turnaround getting my car repaired. Kayla responded to my calls and text messages within reasonable amount of time. There were no hassles. My experience with Piperformance was wonderful. I have never needed auto body services. My local dealership, Fred Anderson referred me to Piperformance. I trust Fred Anderson. My car is serviced there and I am well pleased with their services. When I walked through the door at Piperformance, I was immediately assisted, Shawn assisted me with finding a car rental. Jordan kept me informed. He sent me pictures of the damages and an estimate for cost of repairs. He didn't waste any time, the parts were ordered, and he told me repairs would take a week. When I picked up my car, it was extra clean. Big thank you to Jordan and all the auto technicians. Tiffany made sure my calls were returned. This has been an overall wonderful experience. My car looks great. Delivered as stated, I got my car repaired within a week.The calibration is good. I am well pleased with Piperperformance. I will refer others to this business.
