The repair turned out great but the lack of communication from management and advisor are not so great! I’m still waiting for a response in regards to my rental car reimbursement and still no one has contacted me. The customer service is terrible!

Communication needs improvement. The insurance who paid for my damages informed me that there was delay on Piperformance side but yet no one told me about it and kept telling me that there’s going to a delay after another. I was also told that they would pay for the rental that insurance will not pay anymore and until now I still have not heard from anyone!
