Since my car was drivable I was asked to bring it over for the inspection. Jack took all my information and looked over the damage, parts were then ordered and I was asked to bring the car in after the parts arrived. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and Pitor called in advance to give me the pick up time. Communication is the name of the game and Pitor & Jack were on it from the get go. The repairs are first rate!! I highly recommend their services.
