Very unprofessional when it came to payment. No notice or idea of when vehicle might be done. Then payment of over 6k expected in cash same day. Option to use Zelle and split payment 2 days was given but never notified that vehicle wouldn’t be given until paid in full regardless that insurance paid 4K and I paid 5k and only owed 1.3k. Also really sucked everything out from my insurance that they actually deemed it a total loss but shop submitted piece by piece AFTER starting work.

Super friendly service and the whole process was hassle-free with great communication throughout my repair, they handled everything from the insurance claim to rental car arrangements. Not only did they repair my all over hail damage with pristine perfection they returned my vehicle immaculately cleaned inside and out. They had vacuumed the interior, wiped everything down and even my wheels were shining! I'm beyond impressed, thank you so very much for treating my vehicle as if it were your own and should the need ever arise again I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else, you've gained a customer for life.
