There was no communication by the body shop. Could never get the advisor to actually talk to me on the phone. They said my alignment was fine and it still pulls to the right. Still missing a part. Asked for a special bumper to be ordered. I would pay the difference if there was one, he ignored that completely. Had my vehicle for over a month and kept saying he would pay for the rental. I had to pay for it out of pocket and hand him the bill at the end so I could get my money back. Over all I would not recommend this body shop to anybody.

There was absolutely no communication and the girl at the first desk when you walk in doesn’t care about her job and is rude.

Was checked in and not given a tracking number and it seems communication between Service and Collision sort put our car in limbo for a few days and nothing was done. Repair looks fine and appreciated car wash. Got text day after we picked up that we would soon receive status updates.
