Communication started strong, then I had to initiate phone calls to get status updates. Repairs needed adjustment-which was completed the following Friday after I picked my truck up the week before. Awaiting notification from Francisco on status of replacement of drivers side front floor mat (Weathertech, and only 2 months old) which was damaged during repair.

Francisco was awesome. He and his team did a great job. When I dropped the car off there was a LOT of confusion on where to drop the car off. It was after regular hours and the flatbed tow driver had to move the car two more time.
