1.My vehicle had new damage to the driver side on the bed 2. Fuel line was left hanging freely 3. Bed of truck is still bowed 4. The bed of the truck was installed incorrectly and is too close to the cab 5. The bumper was installed crooked and it looks like someone backed into something with the new bumper that was installed 6. My vehicle was missing the trailer hitch and recover that should have been replaced For my understanding taking my Ford truck to the Ford dealership should be the best option for repairs but I’m currently feeling like I made a bad decision

Customer service was horrible. Rolling eyes .. made us do the run around. Didn't even walk us out when we picked up our car. Bad experience and seem like no one cared when we mentioned how dissapointed we were about the service.
