First the quality of the repair is good but it took from the day I dropped it off 6/29/2023 to 10/23/2023 when I picked it up almost 4 months that’s one issue here’s the other- for some reason the truck was driven 300 miles after it was dropped off to your repair shop and the gas tank left empty I know because I had just filled it the day it was dropped off and also the front license plate was removed and took me 2 weeks to find it in the rear window.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. I like the fact that updates were sent - it helped with the waiting. My car looked, just a minor fix was needed. They were even helpful when I accidentally threw away my pet medications that I had just received from vet. >^..^< The only issue was the rental car was not good for a handicap person. If I should need work again I'll choose your team. THANKS BUNCHES!!!
