Lack of communication between advisor and repair shop. Also, the advisor wouldn’t communicate about the progress of my truck. Received a text message saying when the truck was going to be ready didn’t happened. Customer service overall really bad. I won’t recommend anyone to go there for body shop related issues.

Francisco and Adrianna were my contacts. They kept me informed on current progress and what to expect next. There was also quality inspections that showed areas that needed more attention to meet certain requirements. The only item that was left off was passenger window vent which was an item I had installed and was easy enough for me to correct.
