Top-notch employees and service. My vehicle exceeded all of my expectations when it was completed. I was thoroughly disappointed when another vehicle hit mine on the way home from work, but Platinum’s service was exceptional and you would never know that anybody side swiped my vehicle. I cannot thank them enough.

I was given very negative responses when I told people where I took my car which made me nervous and it makes me sad because this is not supposed to be such a stressful drawn out experience

I should not be having to pay for an extra day of rental vehicle when I it was returned on the last day, Enterprise isn’t giving my deposit back and it’s out of my control on how long it took to do the repairs and I was told the rental would be returned and it was returned after the rental agreement time so they are charging me and that’s not right and needs to be fixed. Also I am not happy with the repairs, there is damage to the vent on my dash, some kind of melted plastic in the carpet and the window seals look different than the rest of the car and the window is not functioning correctly as it only rolls up half way sometimes and makes a clunking sound. I have lost faith and trust at this point and I’m so frustrated because not only am I dealing with having my car broken into and all my money and stuff stolen it has been a horrible and long dragged out process to get the repairs done. Now I’m having to fight to get my deposit back from Enterprise and I’m getting he run around from them and insurance when it’s not right, I picked my car up on the 24th and the rental should have been returned and I shouldn’t be having to pay an extra day when it shouldn’t have taken a month for those repairs anyway plus the repairs are not great quality, very sad to see that the finish on my dash is removed and black streaks and the fact that the window is not functioning correctly.
