I'm so impressed with the communication and care that Platinum Automotive Center has had with me about my Jeep. They even sent progress photos, very cool to see! My Jeep needed a whole new frame and some other parts as well, but Jeeps holding their value was only 30% in damage so it wasn't totaled, thank God, I would have cried lol. Ricky went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot. That speaks volumes to how he cares about his business and his customers. I highly recommend Platinum Automotive Center!

I am giving a 7 b/c of the lack of communication in the month of January. I never heard from anyone. I always called & was told it would be ready early in the week only to be told it would not be ready until the next week. I was introduced to the new body shop manager when I picked up my car & Bobby spoke with me as well. I now know they were going through some changes which caused the lack of communication. Bobby was always helpful & tried to make this as soon of a process as possible.

Despite my very unfortunate circumstances with the other company responsible for the payment. The employees were very very understanding and helpful to me throughout the entire process. And what I love the most is the updates I would get on the progress of my car it was absolutely phenomenal. Everything down to the last detail was expressed to me by the team the body/paint shop did a phenomenal job. The tech did a great job despite the difficulty with the headers. I’ll definitely be back soon with more mods to continue modding the platform.

The only thing we were disappointed with was how we had to be the middle-man between your shop and Allstate. We had to update the insurance company on what was being done and when it was going to be completed. I don’t know who dropped the ball on communication but we don’t feel it was our responsibility but we knew if we wanted our car fixed we had to get involved. The body and paint job Platinum did was excellent with no complaints at this point and did appreciate friendly staff.

It ended up taking longer than estimated, which was an inconvenience as someone who does not have another car in the household to use in the meantime and was having to schedule rides with coworkers for 2 weeks. But the job was done well and the employees were very nice and helpful!

I have issue with my wiper fluids not working after the repair. I’m now in Toyota for maintenance and they found out fluids is full but there’s issue with the connection/wiring. There is wiring connection that was busted that causes the wiper fluids not working. The maintenance and alignment was fast but the issue make us wait for too long. Thank you.
