I attempted to obtain information on completion of my car, 1st time 9/21successfully, told it would be ready 9/25/26. I then called to ask what time I could pick it but no answer 9/24 or 25. Received call 9/28 that it was ready for pick up. When I picked up car 9/28 I was told by rent a car company I owed 3 days since they were told the car was complete on 9/25. Every one was friendly cooperative , helpful and informative when I could speak to a human being.
