Customer service was pleasant and helpful. The work completed looks great! My insurance claim was accepted and processed quickly. I would recommend Pohanka Collision . My only concern was my rear windshield wiper needed to be replaced. not sure how it happened. But I did not notify them because I had already left the lot. And it started to rain so I went to Auto Zone for a replacement.

Little notice on when repair was completed, representative called me at 3pm on a Friday. I didn’t have a ride to pick up car. Representative was being honest with me that it was a busy Friday and Not sure if there would be a shuttle available. If I didn’t get a ride I wouldn’t get My truck till Monday. My only complaint . The shuttle dispatcher was very concerned and worked to get me a ride before closing! I appreciated his effort and the driver .

Did great job on matching paint but when we inspected car hood was out of alignment with body. Also found used/broken parts under hood and safety tow connection for flat towing was behind grill. Since we drove from Rehoboth we had to leave the car and come back on Thursday to confirm hood was adjusted correctly. Tim was very good at making all adjustments and explaining concerns.
