The back up time of the repair was ridiculous I have the benefit of the doubt being that 24 cars was ahead of me during my collision time but 95 days was a long time having to rent a vehicle as waiting for the car to be repaired

Total waste. My mirror doesn’t work, they didn’t even test drive the car after all the repairs that had to be done. An entire axle was replaced yet they didn’t even test drive it. And it led to me having to take my car back to get it diagnosed and fixed. Again. Once picking my car back up again the following day I notice the paint is a different color! It’s darker. How the hell do you not notice this as an experienced mechanic?!?! Doe pohanka just hired people of the street to fix and paint cars? It’s a damn joke.
