The quality of the repair was fine but communication terrible. They neglected to call us when the parts were taking longer to receive than anticipated and gave us false dates of when repair would be completed

Sensor was replaced,however currently does not work. Need to return vehicle next week for assessment. Otherwise, the rest of the repairs look good.

Honesty goes a long way. I do t feel that they were noy totally honest about all of the delays . A 3 work day job turned into a 15 work day job.

Scheduled appointment over a month in advance, to be told after dropping car off that I wasn't scheduled, but made the appointment in person, then finally 2 weeks later called to be told it would be another week, then a few hours later to be called and told it would be ready by Friday, I'd get a call that morning with more details, it didn't happen, called at 230 and invoice and car still not ready, since we live 25 minutes away we drove in and waited for car, it was done at 445, so was done in time for 500, then service didn't go over anything, we had to keep asking questions, then didn't want to give us a cash receipt, we had to ask for one, she wrote on final invoice. 🤨
