John Hopkins Body work great, detailing wasn't great still have issues with couple dull spots and scratch on handle that wasn't handled, time management horrible! Communication is the worst!

Only problem is that the CSR wanted me to sign a statement that said the repairs had been made to my satisfaction. This is before any repairs had been made. I refused to sign it and didnt have any further problems
