Took car in for replacement for side mirror. I was told by it being something that minor it wouldn't take long. It took almost 4 weeks! I called and went to the office. I will said that, Shawn did take responsibility for taking too long. The thing that bothers me also is when I picked up my key to get the car, no greeting at all, the receptionist just handed me the key. Customer service is one of my pet peeves.
