When I dropped my vehicle off, I was simply asking for an estimated time for the repair assuming no additional damage was found or additional parts needed. Instead of getting that answer with some explanation, I was given a dissertation and being talked down to. I was just trying to have a rough gauge because I would be without the vehicle and not have a rental car. While I continued to ask this simple question, someone from the back of the office spoke up and said 3 weeks. That was completely uncalled for knowing the nature of my repair was fairly uncomplicated. I even stated that I was fully aware they couldn't commit to a certain date and just wanted a rough guess. I never received and answer and was talked over top of with more reasons why they couldn't answer the question. I will say that when I returned to pickup my vehicle the same person took care of closing everything out and was very pleasant. I wish I was treated the same way at the beginning of the experience.

The team and repairs done at Port City Collision are top-tier! Nowadays, it seems like many businesses take little to no pride in what they do, but it’s the total opposite at Port City Collision. Not only does my car look amazing, but they worked around my busy schedule, held onto my car for a little over 2 weeks after completion, and washed it again before I came to pick it up.
