Communication was an issue. Left messages for the owner by to make contact with me. Never heard from him. Also when the Vehicle was ready the bill was a lot higher than quoted. The advisor Chris was unaware of same. He acted and stated that he was unaware of the bill was that High and wanted to check it. That should’ve been done way before we were told it was ready The right hand did not have a clue what the left hand was doing

Port city collision was the second shop that attempted to repair our vesicle after an accident. The first shop did not successfully repair the vehicle. Port city fixed it 100% and was so easy to deal with. The communication was excellent and the service couldn’t have been better.
