I’m very appreciative of all the care from Possom. I was guided, well informed, and well taken care of through the whole process. This was my first accident and I was nervous around the whole process and they were kind and helpful. They also did a fantastic job with the repair and even clean the INSIDE and outside of my car.

I have nothing but praise for the staff. The customer service has always gone above and beyond every time I’ve needed them! This time it started with Tyler when I brought my car in and ending with Ash picking it up! My car looks great! Oh and thank you for coordinating with Mid Valley Auto Glass to come and replace my windshield. To me that’s going above and beyond! For sure I give you the highest star ranking you could possibly have!!!!

The top of the doors on driver's side were faded. I didn't ask about painting them. Thought maybe that could have been worked in, otherwise great results on hood and top of cab.
