As far as the repairs go my car looks amazing. The gentleman I think his name was Mike called me to let me know my car was going to be delayed due to an issue with a part not coming in fast enough. That was no big deal although inconvenient I was able to make arrangements for the extra days without a vehicle. I was then called again by I think Mike the night before I was supposed to get my car and was told my car would be ready the next morning which was perfect for me to pick it up and was told I would get a call as soon as it was ready we discussed that it would be around 10;30am but he would call me as soon as it was ready so I knew for sure it was ready to go. At 11:30 am I had still not received a call so I called and got a different gentleman I asked if my car was ready and he said oh I thought you already came and got it there was like 4 people looking at it this morning. I said oh ok great. Shortly after I got a call back that my car was actually not ready and that they had forgot about it needing an alignment and les schwabs couldnât get my car in until the afternoon so it would be ready around 4:00 just in time for them to make their deadline. Well actually the deadline was Friday and it was now Tuesday and then told it would be the morning and now told afternoon so twice I had to rearrange my schedule and plans to accommodate their timeline. I originally did not want my car in the shop at all this week and was very disappointed that I did not get it back in time. But Mike was so friendly so apologetic and so helpful. The other gentleman who made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by calling and asking if my car was done made me feel like I shouldnât have called. I have had 1 other car repaired by possum and had a a wonderful experience so this experience does not deter me from going back. The quality of repair is fantastic and I would still recommend them. Just hope for a little better time line if I ever have to return. I do appreciate their ha

Appreciate professional customer service, as well as excellent auto body technical service. Communication upfront on estimates, etc was very thorough and updates during repairs very useful. Was very positively impressed by sincere, rapid response to door problem on return visit. Personal communication from both owners/managers very much appreciated. You clearly care about your work and business. Haven't seen this level of good service in years. Proud to be a customer.
