There needs to be better communication with vehicle owner concerning out of pocket costs. I had asked 3x about my deductible and never did get an answer until I called to see if the paperwork was finished and told how much it was. Not a huge deal, but would have appreciated having this discussion early on and know if something was being worked out or not. Thanks again for a timely repair, as always.
