The job that was supposed to take 12 days took just 2 days short of a month. There are now 4 new crack lines in the rear of the bed that weren't there prior. Poor communication for completion times. Was supposed to be done 11/22, no one called, then 12/2, again no call, then first thing in the morning 12/5. Truck wasn't completed until 11:30 on 12/5. The only positive out of this experience is that they covered the rental car for the last 2 weeks. Sorry, very disappointed. Had previous good experience, but likely won't return.

The repair quality is fine. It's the extra cracks from a previous repair that weren't present before and the extra 2 weeks of repair time that were disappointing.

The only redeeming factor is that they covered for the rental car for the extra 2 weeks it took to finish. My truck was in the shop for 2 days short of a month to compete a "12" day job
