Not at all you made this so easy with the insurance and you did a wonderful job. I will be telling everyone to use you. The fact that you offered to bring me and drop my car at Enterprise was awesome. I didn't use that service but I thought it was great!

The two times i have had to ha e my car repaired through possum have been the easiest time i could have had in such a stressful situation. It was a fast turn around with perfect work done. The first one even had a professional detailer tell me he couldnt find a single seam or anything that i have had my car repaired. This was already stressful being hit by an uninsured driver but you guys made it very simple and easy to get this figured out and my car back as good as new. Thank you and as an employee of State Farm here in town i will be sending anyone who asks your way every single time

They went above and beyond for me. Helped me get my rental and return it. They were so nice and patient with me and very easy to work with and talk to especially the lady at the front desk. Some things are hard for me to do and understand but possum made it simple and cared very much about getting my car back to me fast and with fantastic work as well as making sure i was taken care of. If i could go higher than 10 i would and i will be sending all of our clients that need auto repairs to you.
