The work done was beautiful however we missed part of the vehicle that had damage from the accident and a supplement claim was suppose to be submitted and I still haven't heard back after following up. Probably not their fault though. The other is my window isn't working so I need to bring it back and the actual cost to the estimate was much much higher. Overall they did good work, were kind & helpful. I would use them again.

The car was left with orange peel paint. I was told that it would “flatten out” after a couple of months. A simple google search showed this not to be true. I don’t know if I was lied to or the person actually believes this but either way it is incorrect. Verified by speaking to other auto body repair facilities. I will let the insurance company handle it from here.
